TN HFWD Recruitment 2016 Vacancy Details:
Total Number of the Post: 110
Name of the Post: Multipurpose Health Worker (Health Inspector Grade II) (Male)
Age Limit: Candidates should not exceed 30 years as on 01-07-2016. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course in Pondicherry university.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- for General category and Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST/ SCA candidates through Demand Draft draw in favour of “Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Chennai-6” payable at Chennai.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on written test and interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send in prescribed application format along with two (2) passport size colour photograph with the Name and Date of Birth written on the back side, attested copies of all educational certificates, mark sheets, caste certificate, age proof and Demand Draft in an envelope should super scribed as “Application for the Post of___________” to The Director, Directorate of Public Health & Preventive Medicine, 359 Anna Salai, Chennai- 600006 on or before 23-02-2016 up to 05:00 pm.
