Who those getting 750 pp, mainly SG teachers, should not take 750 pp to pay fixation.
Step 1
Take Basic pay and GP 2800.
Step 2
Add Basic and GP = A
Step 3
A × 2.57 = B
Step 4
Rounded 'B' nearest rupee. If 50 paise and more than go to next rupee or below 49 leave it paise
Step 5
Now go to pay matrix fitment table. Pages 21 to 25.
Step 6
See the value of 'B'. Fix it next closest higher level. This is a new pay as on 1.1.2016
Next increment see the pay matrix table down.
