1 ➤ அதிகாரம் பெற்ற அலுவலரால் அங்கிகாரம் பெற்ற பள்ளியானது நிரந்தரமாக அல்லது தற்காலிகமாக மூடப்பட வேண்டுமெனில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட துறையிடம் முன்னறிவிப்பு செய்யப்பட்ட வேண்டிய காலம்.
