1 ➤ கல்வி மாவட்ட பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழக செயற்குழு கூட்டத்திற்கு மொத்த உறுப்பினர்களில் - உறுப்பினர்கள் வந்திருந்தால் குறைந்த பட்சம் வருகை (quorum) இருப்பதாக கருதப்படும்.
